The hotel has superbly furnished, spacious rooms and suites from 22 to 51 m², all of them featuring a complete set of facilities that guarantee every comfort you are entitled to expect of a fine quality hotel. Works of art, beautiful oil-paintings and selected accessories are combined to create a comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of a fine Residence, but connected with the superior service of a first class hotel. A pleasant patio and two lovely verandas facing the delightful gardens provide a peaceful setting in which drinks mix easily with interesting conversation.

In the hotel you have many possibilities for your recreation and wellbeing. You are invited to use free of charge the swimming pool, sun-bathing area with relaxing deckchairs, and the Finnish sauna. ...from direction Arad, Cenad or Airport

First drive to the city centre until you are in front of the Cathedral (Catedrala) at the main entrance. Take the street left of the Cathedral and after 100 meters you will cross the Bega river. Drive straight ahead onto Boulevard Mihai Viteazu. When you pass the gothic church on the left, the street turns to the right (Attention: Tram crossing the street!). Exactly where the tram crosses the street, turn left into Independentei Street. After 100 meters you will find Hotel La Residenza on your right.

...from direction Beograd, Resita (South)

After passing Metro Supermarket you will reach the city-boundary. Continue straight on and you are on Calea Sagului street. Keep on this street and 1 km after the bridge you reach a set of traffic lights, where you turn right into Boulevard Dr. Josif Bulbuca (also called: Liviu Rebreanu). Keep on this street for 1 km and then turn left at the tram-station "Drubeta" into Drubeta street. Continue for 250 meters and you straight on and you are in Independentei Street where you will find Hotel La Residenza after 100 meters on your left.

From the Airport by Taxi

If you arrive by plane, you will find very well equipped taxis at the airport which will bring you in 15 minutes to our hotel.
